A pasta dish that has undergone many transitions, Spaghetti alla Puttanesca has become a quick and delicious recipe that should form part of your repertoire. A sauce made from garlic, anchovies, tomatoes, capers, oregano and chopped Greek-style Black Olives is poured over cooked spaghetti. Drizzle with Willow Creek’s Garlic Flavoured Extra Virgin Olive Oil and fresh parsley just before serving.
