A product that has been opened: a display model, a unit with packaging damage, or an unused return. Our technical team inspects and tests every one before it is listed, and it carries a 12-month warranty.

Can I return a demo or clearance product?

Yes. Both come with our 30-day returns, the same as everything else on the site.

Will you get more of a clearance item?

No. When the count on the page reaches zero, it is gone, which is why the good pieces go first.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Delivery takes 1 to 3 working days from our Johannesburg warehouse, free over R650. Collection from Honeydew is by arrangement only and not instant: we book the order out, pack it and confirm your ready-for-collection notification first.
