We deliver anywhere in South Africa with our trusted courier partners. We don't ship outside South Africa yet.
Delivery charges
Orders over R650: free delivery.
Orders under R650: R95 courier fee.
Delivery times
Gauteng: orders placed before 11 am are usually delivered the next day, otherwise expect 1-2 business days.
Everywhere else, including Cape Town and Durban: 2-3 business days. Areas the couriers only serve once a week can take longer.
Express same-day delivery, Johannesburg only: within 30 km of our Honeydew warehouse we deliver within 2-3 hours. Order before 15:00 on a weekday; parcels under 15 kg. Orders after the cut-off are delivered the next working morning.
Lead-time products: some brands and products are collected from our local partners first and take 3-5 or 5-7 working days. Every product with a lead time says so on its product page.
Important: we can't be held liable for unforeseen freight delays, but we'll do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Track your order
Registered customers can track every parcel at yourlife.shop/a/track. The tracking link is also emailed to you when the courier collects.
Pre-orders
The expected arrival date is shown on the product page. Full payment secures your stock. We courier pre-orders the day the stock lands; the note on freight delays above applies.
Collect from Honeydew, by arrangement only
Collection is not instant. Order online first. We then book your items out of stock, pack them and send you a ready-for-collection notification. Same-day collection is usually possible, but only once we have confirmed it.
Please wait for that confirmation before you come: there is no walk-in showroom, and a parcel is only ready once it has been booked out and packed.
Collection times: Mon-Thu 08:00 to 16:00, Fri 08:00 to 15:00. Closed on weekends and public holidays.
Lead-time and pre-order items can be collected once the stock has arrived. EFT and bank-deposit orders are released once the payment has cleared.
