Who we are

We are a family-owned business and a team of dedicated people who want to offer customers reputable brands and great service through a trusted online store. We understand the pains of online shopping, and we are here to make the whole experience easy and fun.

yourLIFE.shop is South African. We have been trading since 2017, our offices and warehouse are in Honeydew, Johannesburg, and we deliver to every corner of the country.

Our story

It started with us shopping online like so many people do. We found that customer service was lacking. That personal touch was not there.

We also found ourselves being asked, by family and friends, about what products and brands they should be using. And so yourLIFE.shop was born: an online store with the goal of offering and recommending products and brands that we use in our own homes, chosen on quality and integrity.

We all know that we would never recommend products to family and friends that are not up to our expectations, and this is where we come in. Our products are tried and tested by us. We make sure they are the quality we would want in our own homes first.

How we choose a brand

When choosing a product or brand we look further than just the product. We look at the people who represent it and the values the brand stands for. We look past whether there are cheaper options, because we are only interested in reputable brands that deliver trust and quality.

There is a practical test too. We only stock brands that are properly represented here in South Africa, with an official importer or agent in the country. It sounds like a technicality until something goes wrong, and then it is the only thing that matters: your warranty is a South African warranty, serviced locally; spares, filters and accessories are genuinely available years later; and there is somebody in this country who is accountable for the product. A Beurer bought from us carries Beurer’s own 36-month warranty, honoured here by Beurer South Africa.

It is also why we would rather carry a brand properly than carry a little of everything. When you buy a coffee machine or a blood pressure monitor from us, we want to still be the people you come back to for the descaling tablets and the replacement cuff three years later.

TROIKA for high-quality, innovative gifts, accessories and travel and Picard for beautiful leather goods. LENA and Tipp-Kick for children. SKS Germany for cycling.

Proudly South African. We are just as proud of the local brands on our shelves, and they meet exactly the same quality criteria as everything else: Terbodore Coffee Roasters, Mostra di Cafè, Triple Orange, Warthog Knife Sharpeners, Nova Chocolate and SoyLites, along with the Your Wellbeing and Sfera supplement ranges.

We try to carry as much of each range as we can, not only the best sellers: the accessories, the filters, the cuffs and the descaling tablets. Can't find a particular model or spare part? Ask us. We're on it!

We strive to deliver the best possible customer service while making sure the brands and products we stock live up to expectation. We handle ourselves with trust and integrity, and we guarantee the quality of what we sell.

We will always go the extra mile for a customer and make every effort to bring a smile to every customer’s face. We believe that is not only our mission but our duty: to go above and beyond, and to make sure our customers end up satisfied and happy.

In practice that means a few simple things. If you are not sure which model you need, phone us before you buy and we will tell you honestly, including when the cheaper one is the right one. If something arrives damaged or fails, we deal with it rather than sending you to a call centre. And if we cannot help, we will say so quickly instead of leaving you waiting.

In practice that means blood pressure monitors, thermometers and heat pads; air humidifiers, purifiers and diffusers; scales and fitness trackers; shavers, hair dryers, manicure sets and nail clippers; coffee machines, grinders, beans and descaling products; glassware, serving ware and kitchen tools; baby monitors and nursery care; supplements; travel accessories and gifts.

Every month we put one brand or product family in the spotlight: what it is, why we chose it, and how we use it ourselves. It is the closest thing we have to the conversation we would have with you across a kitchen table, and it is where our recommendations live.

Delivery and returns

We only work with couriers we have tested and trust, and they reach customers in every corner of South Africa reliably. Most orders arrive within one to three working days.

Delivery is free on orders over R650, and R95 below that. You have 30 days to return an unused item in its original packaging.

yourLIFE.shop is an online shop: order on our website for nationwide delivery, or collect from Honeydew once you have received your ready-for-collection notification. We don’t have a walk-in showroom, but our team is a phone call away if you would like advice before you order.

Common questions

Are you an authorised retailer for the brands you sell?

Yes. We buy through the official South African importers and agents for every brand we carry. Everything we sell is genuine stock intended for the South African market.

Who handles the warranty if something goes wrong?

The brand or its South African importer, and we help you get there. A Beurer carries Beurer’s own 36-month warranty, honoured locally by Beurer South Africa. Start with us and we will point you to the right place.

Where do you deliver?

Anywhere in South Africa, usually within one to three working days. We do not currently deliver outside the country.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, by arrangement. Order online first, and collect from Honeydew once you have received your ready-for-collection notification. We don’t have a walk-in showroom.
