Delivery takes 1 to 3 working days from our Johannesburg warehouse, free over R650, to your door or a Bob Box locker. Under R650 it costs from R50 to a locker or R95 to your door. In Gauteng, orders placed before 11:00 are usually delivered the next day. Areas the couriers service weekly can take longer. Collection from Honeydew is by arrangement only and not instant: we book the order out, pack it and confirm your ready-for-collection notification first.

Yes, in Johannesburg. Within 30 km of our Honeydew warehouse we deliver within 2 to 3 hours on express. Order before 15:00 on a weekday, for parcels under 15 kg.

Yes. Black Friday orders have the same 30-day returns as every other order: unused, in its original condition and packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Some items cannot be returned, such as perishables and certain personal care products. Yes. Every brand we sell has an official South African importer, so warranty and spares are handled locally, on Black Friday as on any other day. Demo units carry a 12-month warranty.
