Unlike most automatic coffee machines, the C9 operates across two distinct brewing worlds. Hot Brew delivers the full-bodied, traditional espresso experience — bold, rich, and deeply aromatic. Light Brew produces smoother, milder drinks at a lower temperature, ready to sip straight away without waiting. Across both modes, the C9 covers 17 speciality drinks: espresso, ristretto, coffee, cortado, espresso macchiato, cappuccino, flat white, latte macchiato, milk foam, and more.
Professional Grinding & Extraction Technology
Every cup starts with freshly ground beans from JURA's Professional Aroma Grinder (P.A.G.), with 7 grind settings to match your beans and taste preference. The Pulse Extraction Process (P.E.P.®) optimises water flow through the grounds to maximise flavour — particularly effective for shorter extractions like espresso and ristretto. The full-size variable brewing unit handles between 5 and 16 grams, giving the C9 real flexibility across drink styles.
