How to choose a JURA
Black coffee, or milk drinks too?
The ENA 4 is JURA's compact one-cup machine: espresso and coffee, three aroma levels, a setting for ground coffee, and the smallest footprint in the range. It has no milk system, which is exactly right for a household that drinks its coffee black. The E6 adds the milk specialities, cappuccino, macchiato, caffè Barista, lungo Barista and espresso doppio among them, on a 2.8-inch colour display with a water tank you fill from the front.
How much machine do you want?
The 2026 E8 is the one most people picture when they think of JURA: 27 specialities on a 3.5-inch colour display, Sweet Foam for flavoured milk foam, a light-brew process for a softer, longer coffee, and the J.O.E. app with a coffee timer so the first cup is ready when you are. The 2026 C9 brings hot brew and light brew together in a compact body and froths milk straight from any container through the supplied milk hose; a glass milk container or the Cool Control cooler keeps milk chilled beside it.
What actually matters
Every JURA here grinds fresh beans for each cup and uses the Pulse Extraction Process for short coffees, so the difference between models is the drinks menu and the milk system, not the espresso. What keeps any of them tasting right is the care routine: a Claris filter about every two months, a cleaning tablet about every 180 cups when the machine asks, descaling when prompted, and milk-system cleaner on every day you make milk drinks. All of it is in stock in Johannesburg, and it costs a fraction of a service call.

Frequently asked questions
Are your JURA machines genuine, and who handles the warranty?
Yes. We are an authorised JURA reseller in South Africa, listed on JURA's own website, and every machine ships from our Johannesburg warehouse with a South African warranty. The exact term is on each product page.
Which Claris filter fits my machine?
It depends on the model: the Smart, Pro Smart, Pro Blue, Blue and White cartridges each fit different JURA ranges. Each filter's product page lists the machines it fits, or send us your model number on WhatsApp and we will tell you.
How often should I change the filter, clean and descale?
Filter about every two months, a cleaning tablet about every 180 cups, and descale when the machine prompts you. The machine counts for you; you only need to have the consumables on the shelf.
Do you stock milk containers, coolers and other accessories?
Yes: the glass milk container, the Cool Control milk cooler, HP1 and HP3 milk pipes, WiFi Connect and the automatic milk frother, all genuine JURA.
How fresh are the beans?
They are roasted in South Africa, by Mostra di Cafè in Johannesburg and Terbodore in Franschhoek, and shipped from our warehouse, not stored for months. Single bags, boxes of six and mixed packs.
The model I want is not listed. Can you get it?
Usually, yes. The full JURA range is available on request. Call or WhatsApp us, Monday to Thursday, 08:00 to 16:00, or Friday, 08:00 to 15:00.
Can I return coffee?
Sealed, unopened bags and boxes can be returned within 7 days of delivery; you arrange and pay for the courier. Opened coffee cannot be returned, because it is a foodstuff. If a bag arrives damaged or we sent the wrong one, tell us within 48 hours and we replace it at our cost. Machines and accessories carry our normal 30-day returns.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Delivery takes 1 to 3 working days from our Johannesburg warehouse, free over R650. Collection from Honeydew is by arrangement only, once you have your ready-for-collection notification.
JURA, Mostra di Cafè and Terbodore
JURA builds automatic speciality coffee machines in Switzerland, and its motto, freshly ground, not capsuled, is the whole argument: beans ground for each cup, no capsules to buy or throw away. We are an authorised JURA reseller in South Africa and keep the genuine filters and care products in stock.
Mostra di Cafè roasts in Johannesburg: the Forza blends, an organically grown coffee, and infused ground coffees. Terbodore roasts in Franschhoek: dark roasts and flavoured beans, in 250 g and 1 kg bags. NOVA makes artisanal tempered chocolate in South Africa, which is why it sits in our coffee gifts.
