Every payment goes through a secure, encrypted checkout. Card details are handled by PayFast or Payflex, not by us.

At checkout

  • PayFast: Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards; Visa Electron and Maestro debit cards; Instant EFT; Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay; Mobicred; RCS store card; SnapScan, Zapper and Scan to Pay. You are taken to PayFast to pay and brought straight back to your order confirmation.
  • Payflex: four interest-free instalments over six weeks with a Visa, Mastercard or American Express card. Approval happens at checkout.
  • EFT or bank deposit: pay from your own banking app. Details below.

Payments usually clear within 24 to 48 hours. Your order is dispatched, or booked out for collection, once the payment has cleared. If we have not received your payment, we send a reminder after three days, and unpaid orders are cancelled after seven days.
