Courier & Shipping

We deliver anywhere in South Africa through our trusted courier partners. We don't ship outside South Africa yet.

Delivery charges

Orders over R650: delivery is on us.
Orders under R650: a R95 courier fee.

Delivery times

Gauteng: orders placed before 11 pm are usually delivered the next day, otherwise expect 1-2 business days.
Everywhere else, including Cape Town and Durban: 2–3 working days. Areas the couriers only serve once a week can take longer.
Delays happen when the couriers are under strain. We'll keep you informed.

Express same-day delivery, Johannesburg only. Within 30 km of our Honeydew warehouse we aim to deliver within 2–3 hours. Order before 15:00 on a weekday, parcels under 15 kg. Orders after the cut-off go out first thing the next working morning.

Lead-time products. Some brands and products come to us from our local partners first and take 3–5 or 5–7 working days. Every product with a lead time says so on its product page.

Track your order

Registered customers can follow every parcel at yourlife.shop/a/track. We also email the tracking link when the courier collects.

Collect from Honeydew, by arrangement only

Order online, then collect from our Honeydew warehouse once you've received your ready-for-collection notification. We don't have a walk-in showroom.

Collection times: Mon–Thu 08:00–16:00, Fri 08:00–15:00. Closed on weekends and public holidays.

Lead-time and pre-order items can be collected once the stock has arrived. EFT and bank-deposit orders are released once the payment has cleared.

Pre-orders

The expected arrival date is shown on the product page, and full payment secures your stock. We courier pre-orders the day the stock lands. Freight delays outside our control can move the date; if that happens we'll tell you.
