RETURNS & REFUNDS
90 Day Returns
Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, unless it falls under the product warranty terms.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in
the original packaging and must be packaged accordingly in order to protect it during transport with couriers. Should the item not be wrapped/packaged correctly for transport and the product box/packaging is de-faced by the time it arrives to us, we reserve the right to deny the refund or exchange.
* Some of our brands: Jura, Apple, Ecovacs & Sony and their products that do not have a defect or fault will not be valid for return/refund if found to be in working order by our technical team and will be returned accordingly.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned/refunded. Perishable goods such as food, consumables, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products back that are intimate/used on the body or any sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable/refundable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery
Returns Under Warranty
Should you have any defect issues with your purchased item and it still falls under the warranty period of the particular product, we will arrange collection of the item and have it inspected by our technical team. The assessment period can take between 5-7 working days, to which after we have received the assessment, we will be in contact with you to discuss the outcome and next steps to be taken.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, which will be at yourLIFE.shop’s discretion. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed accordingly. It is important to note that we only process refunds on credit card payments and EFT payments only! This takes between 5-7 days to process your refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or with your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, credit card refunds have a turn around time of 5-7 working days to process back to your card, this is for security reasons. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@yourlife.shop.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@yourlife.shop
Courier
To return your product, you should email info@yourlife.shop
We will then communicate with you as necessary so we can arrange collection.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item to us at your own cost you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and wont be held liable for anything going wrong during the return.
