30-Day Return Policy


We offer returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offera refund or exchange unless the item is covered under the product warranty.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, andin its original packaging.
  • Products must be securely packaged for courier transport. If packaging is damaged or defaced during return shipping, we reserve the right to decline the refund or exchange.


Important:

  • A handling fee may apply for certain returns, such as when the incorrect product was purchased.
  • Brand-specific restrictions:Products from Jura, Apple, Ecovacs, and Sony that are found to bein working order after inspection cannot be refunded or exchanged.


Non-ReturnableItems

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Perishable goods (food, consumables, flowers)
  • Intimate or personal-use products
  • Sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Some health and personal care items

 

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply in these cases:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not dueto our error)
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery

 

Returns Under Warranty

If your product develops a defect within itswarranty period:

  • We will arrange collection and inspection by our technical team.
  • Assessment takes 5–7 working days.
  • We will contact you with the outcome and next steps.

 

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirming approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (credit card or EFT) within 5–7 working days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:
1. Check your bank account.

2. Contact your credit card company or bank (processing may take time).
3. If still unresolved, email us at info@yourlife.shop.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective.
To request an exchange for the same item, email info@yourlife.shop.

To initiate a return:

  • We will arrange collection if applicable.
  • If you ship the item at your own cost, use a trackable service and consider shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking and are not liable for issues during return shipping.
