The recommended duration of treatment is maximum 12 minutes. We recommend selecting a shorter radiation period to start with.
The distance between the infrared lamp and the radiated part of the body should not be less than 80 cm
Always use the protective eyewear supplied during usage. The protective eyewear corresponding to the requirements of EN 171:2002 protects the eyes and must be worn for treatment distances under 80 cm. For treatment distances above 80 cm, closing your eyes is sufficient. CAUTION: Never look directly into the infrared light without protective eyewear.

NB: the filament is fragile when hot and that the unit should not be moved when the bulb is hot.
CAUTION! The lamp is hot after being used. Let the lamp cool off first long enough before you move it, put it away and/or pack it up!
