AdHoc PEPE chilli cutter with AdHoc’s original PreciseCut® feature, for perfect cutting of chillies, chilli seeds and many more spices.
The secret to PreciseCut is that the dried herbs and spices are cut, not ground. This releases the essential oils and therefore the individual aroma and taste to the full.
Suitable for: chilli, ginger, sesame, fennel, caraway, coriander, mustard seed, etc.
Easy to fill transparent chilli shaped top for whole chillies.
Can be ground directly over food or into the transparent aroma cap so that you can easily use the perfect amount.
The aroma protection cap protects the spices from contamination, keeps the aroma in and keeps the working surface clean.
