Safety is the most important issue when it comes to flexible heating products. We are well aware of this responsibility and therefore use the well-tried and well established Beurer Safety System in our underblankets and Heating pads. The electric sensor technology prevents overheating in case of misuse by automatic switch-off, securing the highest possible safety. Safe and undisturbed sleep at a pleasant temperature.

OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100

This is a label for textiles tested for harmful substances. It sets the benchmark for textile safety, from yarn to finished product. Every item bearing the STANDARD 100 label is certified as having passed safety tests for the presence of harmful substances.

The textiles used in this device meet the high human-ecological requirements of Oeko-Tex Standard 100, as proven by the Hohenstein Research Institute.

CAUTION: Please note that frequent washing of heated blankets has a negative effect on the product. The heated blanket could be washed in a washing machine once per season, if necessary, and a maximum of 5 times during its life. Immediately after washing, reshape the blanket to its original dimensions while it is still wet and spread it out flat over a clothes horse to dry.

Heated blankets may not be chemically cleaned, wrung out, tumble dry, put through a mangle or ironed. Set the washing machine to a particularly gentle wash cycle (lowest spin rpm) at 30 C (wool cycle). Use a delicate laundry detergent and measure it out according to the manufacturer s instructions.
