The Beurer Germany MG 195 Hot & Cold Massage Gun offers a powerful trigger point massage with heat and cold function, whether after an intensive workout, a long day at the office or for targeted relief of tension. Choose from 9 intensity levels for gentle relaxation or intensive deep massage. Its ergonomic design and non-slip handle ensure comfortable handling, while the practical storage case makes it easy to use at home or on the go.

CHOOSE BEST USE OF YOUR 7 HIGH-QUALITY ATTACHMENTS AS FOLLOWS:
- Cooling and heating head: The only attachment that supports the heating/cooling function. Best suited for treating large areas on the entire body (e.g. the thigh, chest muscles)
- Spiral head: For treating deep muscle tissue and for targeted spot massages (e.g. on the sole of the foot)
- Air cushion head: To treat sensitive parts of the body (e.g. the neck)
- Curved head: Best suited for areas of the body that are naturally rounded (e.g. arms, lower legs or thighs)
- Ball head: For treating large areas and large muscle groups (e.g. the upper arm or calf)
- U-shaped head: To treat deep muscle tissue in the lower back area (excluding the spine) or the Achilles tendon
- Flat head: Best suited for treating large areas on the entire body (e.g. the thigh, chest muscles)
THE HOT & COLD FUNCTION
- The device has an optional heating and cooling function, which can only be used with the "cooling and heating head" attachment.
- Both the heating and cooling function have the option of 3 different heat and cooling settings, and can be used without the massage function.
- The heat function promotes circulation and can thus prevent injuries before exercising, and promotes regeneration after exercising.
- The cooling function helps with heavy legs after a long day and can be used without the massage function to reduce swelling.
NOTES ON CHARGING YOUR HOT & COLD MASSAGE GUN
- Before using the device for the first time, let it charge for a minimum of 5 hours.
- Connect the device to the supplied USB charging cable and a compatible USB connection (output: max. 5V/2A).
- NB: For efficient charging, the device requires that the charging cable is plugged into a 2 Amp / 2000 milliAmp (mA) power supply.
- It is always advisable to recharge devices via a compatible USB adaptor plugged into mains power to ensure sufficient and optimal charging.
- Most chargers are only 1 Amp/ 1000 mA. Charging via a 1 Amp charger, laptops and other insufficient USB outputs could result in shorter operating times and inadequate heat/cold & intensity.
- The battery should last for a few hours when fully charged, depending on the intensity of use. The higher the intensity, and use with the heating or cooling function will reduce battery time.
- As soon as the left LED of the battery level indicator starts to flash and the battery level symbol lights up red, you must recharge the device, otherwise it will switch off automatically.
AUTOMATIC SWITCH-OFF
- The device comes with an automatic switch-off function after a period of use of approximately 10 minutes.
- This prevents the device burning out, overstimulation of the muscles and over-sensitivity to heat or cold.
WARNING: RISK OF BURNS
- The heat function of the device must not be used by persons who are not sensitive to heat or by other vulnerable persons who may not be able to react to overheating (e.g. diabetics, persons with skin alterations due to illness or scarred tissue in the application area, after taking pain relief medication or alcohol).
- The surface of the heating head becomes hot when the heat function is switched on.
- Persons sensitive to heat must be careful when using the device.
WARNINGS: DO NOT USE THE DEVICE IF YOU:
Have a medical condition or injury in the area to be massaged (e.g. slipped disc, open wounds)
Wear a pacemaker
Intend to massage near the heart
Have swollen, burnt, inflamed, or injured skin/body parts
Have cuts, varicose veins, capillaries, acne, couperose, herpes, or other skin diseases
Are pregnant
Plan to use it on the head, face, eyes, larynx, pubic area, spine, or bones. Not for use on these areas.
Have consumed alcohol or medication that affects cognition
Also, consult your doctor before use if you have a serious illness, thrombosis, diabetes, or unexplained pain
