RECHARGEABLE & COMPACT FOR USE AT HOME & ON-THE-GO
The device is rechargeable via USB-C cable, making it highly portable for use at home and on-the-go, including at the gym, in the office and when traveling. Its compact and handy design makes for easy use and comfortable handling. The powerful lithium-ion battery provides up to 4 hours of use, depending on the chosen intensity level.
INDIVIDUALISED USE, WITH 3 ATTACHMENTS AND 5 INTENSITY LEVELS
The massage gun comes with 3 different high-quality attachments and features 5 intensity levels for personalised use.
The 3 attachments mean the MG 89 can be used for large-area massage as well as targeted spot massages.
- Spherical head: Best suited for treating large areas and large muscle groups (e.g. the upper arm or calf)
- Spiral head: Best suited for treating deep muscle tissue and for targeted spot massages (e.g. on the sole of the foot).
- U-shaped head: Best suited for treating deep muscle tissue in the lower back area (excluding the spine) or the Achilles tendon
Five intensity levels ranging from 1,800 rpm to 3,000 rpm. These can be adapted to suit the user and the area being treated to ensure maximum comfort and benefit from your device.
BEST USE GUIDELINES TO GET THE MOST FROM YOUR MASSAGER
- With just a few minutes use a day, trigger-point massage stimulates blood flow, eases tight spots, regenerates, activates, and supports muscle recovery.
- Use it on problem areas for no longer than 10 minutes per session to melt away tension. Focus on each trigger point for 1–2 minutes. You'll feel the difference fast.
- Always start at Intensity Level 1 (automatically set at power-on) and adjust to your comfort. The LED display makes it easy to track your level and personalise your session.
- The device includes an auto shut-off after approximately 10 minutes to protect your muscles and prevent overuse.
- It also stops if too much pressure is applied – ensure you’re not pressing too hard and let the device do the work.
- While the massage should feel powerful, it should never be painful. Overuse can lead to muscle soreness, bruising, or irritation.
- Mild redness or slight bruising can be a normal sign of increased circulation, but if you notice any excessive discomfort, take a break, and consult a medical professional.
- The massage must always feel pleasant - relief should feel good. This device is designed to make your muscles happier, not sore.
- Stick to the recommended use, listen to your body, and enjoy the deep, effective tension release you’ve been waiting for.
- To protect the device and your health, the massager should not be used for more than 15 minutes at a time, with a 15-minute rest/cool down period in between uses.
- It is generally recommended that use in one area should be limited to a maximum of 2–3 times a day with sufficient recovery time between sessions.
NOTES ON CHARGING YOUR MG 89 MASSAGE GUN
- Always use the correct or supplied charging cable/charger/mains adapter for charging.
- To charge the device, please use an adapter that matches the input specifications for the device (input: 5.0 V, 2.0 A).
- Connect the massage gun to the supplied USB charging cable and a compatible USB connection.
- NB: For efficient charging, the device requires that the charging cable is plugged into a 2 Amp / 2000 milliAmp (mA) power supply.
- Most chargers are only 1 Amp/ 1000 mA. Charging via a 1 Amp charger means a much longer charging time and less battery time when in use. It is therefore advisable to recharge this device via a compatible USB adaptor plugged into mains power to ensure sufficient and optimal charging (refer to the product manual for specifications). Charging from laptops and other insufficient USB outputs may result in the device not charging properly, and in short operating times and inadequate intensity.
- The battery must be charged correctly before first time use, for a minimum of 3 hours.
- The battery will last for approximately 4 hours when fully charged, depending on the intensity level chosen.
- To achieve as long a battery service life as possible, fully charge the battery at least 2 times a year.
- Always switch the device off in advance of charging.
- Avoid continuous charging or overcharging. Unplug the charger when charging is complete.
