Which Warthog sharpener?
Both V-Sharp models hold the blade at a fixed angle, so a sharp edge does not depend on a steady hand. The A4 comes in red or black, the A4 Elite in black or gun metal. Replacement ceramic hones for serrated blades and coarse diamond hones are in stock, so the sharpener outlives several sets of knives. Made in South Africa.
Which Beurer kitchen scale?
The KS 19 is the everyday glass scale: 1 g steps to 5 kg with a tare function. The scale with the 1.5 L stainless-steel bowl adds a room thermometer and a timer for baking. The KS 34 XL takes up to 15 kg for big bowls and roasts, and the KS 25 weighs to 1 g for coffee and precision work.
Which Triple Orange product for what?
The Wonder Gel is the all-purpose cleaner, the Wonder Spray the same idea for surfaces and degreasing, the Laundry Cream for machine or hand wash, Auto Dish Gel for the dishwasher, and a fruit and veg wash for the kitchen. All are made in South Africa from orange oil and are concentrated, which is why the 5 kg laundry cream is the bulk buy for families.
Which heated blanket, and is it safe?
The HD 75 is the 180×130 cm throw for the sofa or one side of the bed; the HD 150 XXL at 200×150 cm covers two. The HK 123 and HK 125 XXL heat pads are for a back or a neck, and the FWM 45 warms and massages feet. Every Beurer model carries the Beurer Safety System with automatic switch-off, uses little energy, and most have machine-washable covers. Replacement controllers are in stock.

Are these brands genuine, and who handles the warranty?
Yes. Every brand here comes through its official South African importer, so warranty claims and spare parts are handled in South Africa. The term for each product is on its own page.
Do you stock spare parts and refills?
Yes: Thomas vacuum bags, filters and nozzles, PearlCo filter cartridges, Warthog replacement hones and diamond stones, and replacement controllers for Beurer heated blankets, for as long as the importer supplies them.
Is Rösle and ROHE cookware dishwasher safe?
Rösle stainless steel is dishwasher safe. ROHE non-stick pans are scratch and abrasion resistant; check the product page for the care instructions of a specific pan.
Are heated blankets safe to leave on?
Every Beurer and Sanitas model here has automatic switch-off through the Beurer Safety System, and the covers on most models are machine washable. Follow the timer settings in the manual; we will send you the manual before you buy if you ask.
Do PearlCo cartridges fit my Brita® jug?
Yes. PearlCo cartridges fit PearlCo and Brita® jugs alike, so you keep your existing jug and simply switch cartridges.
What is Triple Orange made from?
Orange oil, in South Africa. The products are plant-based and concentrated, so a little goes a long way; the range covers laundry, dishes, surfaces, bathrooms and a fruit and veg wash.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Delivery takes 1 to 3 working days from our Johannesburg warehouse, free over R650. Collection from Honeydew is by arrangement only and not instant: we book the order out, pack it and confirm your ready-for-collection notification first.
