9th Birthday Promotion: Terms and Conditions.

These terms and conditions apply to the yourLIFE.shop 9th Birthday promotion. By placing a qualifying order during the promotional period, you accept these terms.

1. Promoter

The promoter is yourLIFE.shop (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2017/349779/07, of Unit 2 Insite Park, 5 Star Business Park, Honeydew, Johannesburg, 2170, South Africa.

2. Promotional period

The promotion opens at 00:00 on Friday, 28 August 2026 and closes at 23:59 on Saturday, 5 September 2026, South African Standard Time (SAST). Orders placed outside this period do not qualify, regardless of when payment clears.

In these terms, a business day means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in South Africa.

3. How to qualify

  • The promotion is open to customers placing an order on www.yourLIFE.shop for delivery or collection within South Africa.
  • Your cart must reach a minimum of R1,500.00 to qualify.
  • The R1,500.00 threshold is calculated on the cart subtotal, inclusive of VAT, after any discounts or discount codes have been applied and before delivery charges are added.
  • Any products on www.yourLIFE.shop count towards the R1,500.00 qualifying spend, excluding gift cards and delivery charges.
  • Qualifying customers may select one free Beurer product from the promotional gift range at checkout.
  • Where an order is paid for immediately, the gift is allocated on payment. Orders awaiting payment, including EFT and bank deposit orders, do not hold a gift until proof of payment has been sent.
  • Where payment is made by EFT or bank deposit, proof of payment must be emailed to info@yourlife.shop by the end of the next business day after the order is placed. The selected gift is then held provisionally, with effect from the time your email is sent, until funds reflect in our account, for a maximum of three business days. Proofs of payment received outside business hours are processed on the next business day, and the time your email was sent applies for the purposes of this clause. If proof of payment is not sent within this period, or if funds do not reflect within three business days, the gift selection lapses and the unit returns to the promotional pool.
  • Employees of yourLIFE.shop and members of their immediate households may not claim a gift under this promotion.

4. The gift

The following Beurer products are available as the birthday gift. Recommended retail prices are stated as at 28 August 2026 and apply for the purposes of clause 8.

One gift per qualifying order. Orders may not be split or combined to claim additional gifts, and multiple gifts cannot be claimed on a single order irrespective of the order value.

5. Availability

  • Nine units of each of the five gift products have been allocated to this promotion, being 45 gifts in total.
  • Gifts are allocated on a first come, first served basis and are offered while stocks last.
  • For the purposes of this clause, a gift product is treated as depleted once all of its units have been allocated or are held provisionally under clause 3.
  • Once a gift product is depleted it will no longer be selectable at checkout. Remaining gift options stay available until their allocation is exhausted.
  • Once all gift allocations are exhausted, the promotion ends, whether or not the closing date has been reached.
  • Given the limited allocation, the promotion may close before 5 September 2026. The stated promotional period is the maximum duration and not a guarantee of availability.
  • The gift must be selected at checkout. Gifts cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.
  • If a qualifying order is cancelled before dispatch, the gift allocation is released and may be offered to other customers. A cancelled order does not retain any claim to a gift.

6. Exclusions

  • The gift has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, a discount or an alternative product, save as provided in clause 9.
  • The gift cannot be transferred or resold.
  • Gift cards and delivery charges do not count towards the R1,500.00 qualifying spend.
  • This promotion may be used alongside other active promotions and discount codes, provided the cart subtotal still reaches R1,500.00 after those discounts have been applied.
  • The promotion applies to online orders placed on www.yourLIFE.shop only and excludes wholesale, trade and marketplace orders.

7. Delivery and collection

The gift is dispatched or collected together with the qualifying order and cannot be delivered separately or to a different address. Standard yourLIFE.shop delivery, collection and payment clearance terms apply.

Where a qualifying order includes a pre-order item, the gift is reserved once payment for the order has been received, and is dispatched with the order once all items are available.

8. Returns, cancellations and refunds

  • Standard yourLIFE.shop returns and refunds policies apply to all products, including the gift.
  • If you return part of a qualifying order and the remaining order value falls below R1,500.00, the gift must be returned in its original, unused condition and original packaging. If the gift is not returned, up to its recommended retail value as listed in clause 4 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Any refund, credit, price adjustment or payment reversal that reduces the qualifying order value below R1,500.00 is treated in the same way as a partial return under this clause. In the case of a payment chargeback on a qualifying order, the recommended retail value of the gift may be recovered.
  • If a qualifying order is cancelled in full, the gift must be returned with the order.
  • Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, including your right to return goods that are defective.

9. Warranty

Gift products carry the standard Beurer South Africa warranty applicable to that product. Retain your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

A defective gift will be replaced with the same model, or where that model is no longer available, with a gift of similar value.

10. Abuse of the promotion

yourLIFE.shop may, at its sole discretion, decline to allocate or dispatch a gift, or cancel a qualifying order, where in our reasonable opinion an order or pattern of orders is inconsistent with the intent of this promotion. This includes, but is not limited to, ordering behaviour that suggests bulk claiming, reselling, the use of multiple accounts, addresses or identities by the same person or household, coordinated ordering, order and cancellation cycling, or any attempt to circumvent the allocation limits or qualifying conditions set out in these terms.

We are not obliged to disclose the specific indicators, systems or ordering patterns relied on in reaching such a decision, and our decision in this regard is final.

Where a gift is withheld under this clause, the underlying order will be processed as an ordinary order without the gift. You may cancel that order in full for a complete refund by contacting us at info@yourlife.shop before the order is dispatched. Nothing in this clause affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

11. General

  • yourLIFE.shop reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time where it is reasonable to do so, for example in the event of a pricing error, technical fault, supply failure or circumstances beyond our control. Orders already placed and accepted will be honoured.
  • If a gift is added to an order that does not meet the qualifying conditions, whether through technical error or cart manipulation, yourLIFE.shop may remove the gift before dispatch, cancel the order, or invoice the recommended retail price of the gift.
  • Obvious pricing, product or typographical errors do not bind yourLIFE.shop.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
  • In the event of a conflict between these terms and any promotional material, these terms prevail.
