Notes on Use
Please note that for the wrist blood pressure monitor to provide accurate readings, it must be used correctly. Please read the instruction manual carefully and follow the instructions for use.

·        Position the device on the inside of the wrist at heart level during measurement.

·        Avoid measuring within 30 minutes after eating, drinking, smoking, or exercising.

·        Sit calmly for at least 5 minutes before measurement.

·        Always measure at the same time of day for consistency.

·        Wait 1 minute between consecutive measurements.

Important
Blood pressure readings can differ significantly between a Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor and an Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor. While some of these discrepancies may arise from incorrect device usage, the primary cause is often related to individual differences in the anatomical structure of the arm and wrist. The main artery in the upper arm typically provides a more accurate and reliable reading compared to the wrist.
