Why Use an Air Humidifier?
High-frequency vibrations release tiny drops from the surface of the water. The fan air flow transports the humidified air out into the room.
Most of us spend up to 90% of our lives indoors.
Healthy, humidified air makes breathing easier, reduces the concentration of dust, improves our ability to concentrate and protects our eyes and skin from drying out.
The optimum humidity indoors is around 40 - 60%.
On cold winter days in particular, artificial heating causes the relative humidity to drop.
If the ambient air is too dry, it affects our well-being and impacts our health.
Dust particles are distributed more easily in dry air, which is particularly bad news for allergy sufferers.
Furthermore, the air compensates the lack of moisture from other sources: skin and the surrounding plants or furniture.
It is therefore important to provide the air with additional moisture.
Our air humidifiers add the required amount of moisture to the ambient air.
This allows the water atomisation to absorb the dust particles in the air, thereby preventing the spread of pathogens.
How to Use the Aroma Diffuser:
Not only do our devices humidify a living room, bedroom, or workspace, they can also be used with aromatherapy oils - ensuring feel-good energy with the scent of your choice! It's easy - choose your favourite aromatherapy oil and place a few drops on one of the 15 included aromatherapy pads. Place the aromatherapy pad in the designated aromatherapy compartment (additional aromatherapy pads may be purchased).
NB: Under no circumstances should you add the aroma directly to the water.
How To Get Them Most Out Of Your 2-in-1 Air Humidifier & Aroma Diffuser
Place the air humidifier on a firm, level, and water-resistant surface.
Do not place the device on the floor, but in a raised position (e.g. on a table or chest of drawers).
The immediate vicinity of the air humidifier can become damp.
Calcareous water can leave white deposits.
Position the device so that the mist outlet is not directed towards objects.
Empty any remaining water when the device is not in use.
If the device should accidentally tip over, water may escape, even if the device is switched off and unplugged.
Do not add any essential oils or fragrances to the water. If additives are used, the plastic material may become discoloured and damaged. The ultrasound membrane gets stuck and will be damaged.
Use fresh drinking water below 40°C in the device. If the drinking water is very hard, you can use demineralised or distilled water or you can use an anti-limescale filter.
Tip! If the water is hard, we recommend using the optional anti-limescale filter.
The water tank holds a maximum of 2 litres.
The tank should sit tightly on the base unit.
If there is no or not enough water in the water tank, a red LED lights up and the device switches off automatically for safety reasons.
Check the humidity of your ambient air regularly. Intensive continuous operation can cause the ambient air to become excessively humid. The relative air humidity should not exceed 60%.
Do not place any objects on the device.
Do not expose the device to high temperatures.

Note: In night mode, the air humidifier operates in level 2 with a lower evaporation output and no LED illumination to ensure undisturbed and therefore restful sleep.
Replacement Parts & Accessories
- Anti-Limescale Filter (optional) 163.803:
If the water is hard, we recommend using the optional anti-limescale filter.
If the anti-limescale filter does not prevent limescale build-up, or if white deposits form on or in the device, the anti-limescale filter should be replaced.
The service life of the anti-limescale filter is around two to three months at most.
If the device is not used for a relatively long time, the anti-limescale filter must be removed from the water tank and dried out
