> Always step in the centre of the scale for accurate readings.
> NB: Ensure that you weigh yourself on a smooth flat surface, e.g., tiles or wooden flooring. The scale cannot accurately calculate your weight if you weigh on an uneven surface, such as a carpet. A hard surface is crucial for achieving accurate measurements.
> Make sure to stand still while weighing yourself
> For best accuracy, always weigh yourself at the same time each day (ideally in the morning, after having been to the toilet, on an empty stomach and without clothing, to obtain results which can be compared.
> Replace all batteries at the same time
> Do not use rechargeable batteries
