How To Get the Most from your Beurer Germany BM 51 Blood Pressure Monitor

> Consistent Monitoring
Measure twice daily (morning and evening), ideally at the same times.
Rest for 5 minutes before measuring; wait 30 minutes after eating, smoking, drinking, or exercise.
Stay relaxed and allow 5 minutes between repeated measurements.
Repeat measurement if results seem unusual.
NB: Keep away from strong electromagnetic fields like mobile phones or radios, especially when in use

> Proper Cuff Placement
Use the arm with higher BP readings and measure on the same arm consistently.
Clip the easyClip cuff 2–3 cm above the elbow, directly over the artery.
Ensure snug fit; avoid tight clothing restricting blood flow.

> Correct Posture
Sit upright with back supported and arm resting on a solid surface.
Position the cuff at heart level.
Keep feet flat, remain still, and do not talk during measurement.
