A drying capsule is included in delivery. Wearing the hearing amplifiers behind your ear means they make contact with your skin, and therefore also with sweat, for example. As a result, it is advisable that you dry the devices after each application to care for them properly. This can easily be done by placing the drying capsule with the sound amplifiers in the closed storage box.
Helpful Charging Tips
LED Indicator Behaviour: In some cases, the charging LED may take longer than expected to switch from red to green. The devices may already be sufficiently charged even if the LED has not yet turned green.
Charging Time: While the typical charging time is approximately 7–10 hours, variations can occur depending on battery level and usage patterns.
Correct Placement: Please ensure the amplifiers are seated securely in the charging dock. A gentle adjustment may help achieve optimal contact.
Charging Confirmation: If unsure, you may test the device after charging, as normal operation can indicate adequate charge.
These small variations do not affect the performance or safety of the device.
