Moreover, the MG 154 offers an optional heat function, which supports muscle regeneration. Please note the heated temperature on your massager remains around body temperature at a warm 36-40 degrees Celsius. The product is designed not to get too hot, and will maintain a consistent warmth, rather than heat.The warming function is designed to support the massage, rather than being the core function of the product.

NOTES & WARNINGS
Notes On Charging Your Neck Massager
- Before using the device for the first time, let it charge for a minimum of 3 hours.
- Connect the device to the supplied USB charging cable and a compatible USB connection (output: max. 5V/2A).
- NB: For efficient charging, the device requires that the charging cable is plugged into a 2 Amp / 2000 milliAmp (mA) power supply.
- Most chargers are only 1 Amp/ 1000 mA. Charging via a 1 Amp charger means a much longer charging time and less battery time when in use. It is therefore advisable to recharge this device via a compatible USB adaptor plugged into mains power to ensure sufficient and optimal charging (refer to the product manual for specifications). Charging from laptops and other insufficient USB outputs may result in the device not charging properly, and in short operating times and inadequate heat & intensity.
- A full battery charge is sufficient for around 2 hours of operation (at low speed without heat function).
- You must recharge the device as soon as the LED display starts to flash red during use, otherwise it will automatically switch off.
Notes On Cleaning Your Neck Massager
- Under no circumstances should liquid enter the device, accessories and/or replacement parts.
- Small marks can be removed using a cloth or damp sponge, and some liquid delicate laundry detergent where necessary.
- Do not use any solvent-based cleaning products.
- Do not use the device again until it is completely dry.
- To remove the cover, open the zip at the back of the neck area.
- The removable cover may only be hand washed in water below 30 degrees Celsius
- The cover must NOT be machine washed.
- Please note the symbols for care and cleaning on the label sewn into the cover.
- DO NOT leave the cover to dry in the sun
- Do not use the device again until all components are completely dry.
Automatic Switch-Off
- Do not use the massage device for longer than 10 minutes to prevent overheating of the device as well as over-stimulation of the muscles and tension instead of relaxation.
- The device switches of automatically after 10 minutes. Leave the device to cool down for at least 10 minutes before using it again.
General Warnings
- Do not use the device if you suffer from a medical abnormality (e.g. swelling, burns, inflammations) or injury in the area of the body to be massaged (e.g. herniated disc, open wound, lacerations, capillaries, varicose veins, acne, couperose, herpes or other skin diseases).

- Do not use the device for foot massage.
- Never use the device while sleeping.
- Do not use the device after the consumption of substances that lead to impaired cognitive function (e.g. pain medication, alcohol).

- Do not use the device whilst undertaking any activity where an unexpected reaction could be dangerous.
- Consult your doctor before using the device if you suffer from a serious illness, have undergone surgery on your upper body or have a pacemaker, implants, or other aids.
- Consult your doctor before using the device if you suffer from thrombosis, diabetes or pain, the cause of which is unknown.
- Do not use the device for longer than 10 minutes (risk of overheating) and leave the device to cool down for at least 10 minutes before using it again. The device has an automatic switch-off function after 10 minutes
