HOW TO GET THE MOST FROM YOUR MASSAGER
Select your preferred massage intensity.
You can change the massage intensity by applying pressure on the massager firmly or more gently, however please note that the massage intensity will always be soothing and relaxing.
Do not massage any particular part of the body for longer than 3 minutes.
You can perform the massage with or without a massage attachment.
NB: Please note that the massage attachments obstruct the heat treatment!
As such the device should be operated without heat when a massage attachment is attached.
If the infrared/massage surface is heated for a relatively long period without any skin contact, it may become unpleasantly hot. Always first check the temperature with your fingertips and if necessary, switch off briefly to reduce the temperature. The heat function is designed not to become too hot during use.
The device has an automatic switch-off function and switches off automatically after 20 minutes of operation to protect the device and to protect you from injury.
Leave the device to cool down for at least 15 minutes before using it again.
WARNING The massage must always feel pleasant and relaxing. If the massage is painful or uncomfortable, stop the massage or change the position of the massager.
