The distance between the infrared lamp and the radiated part of the body should not be less than 80 cm.
CAUTION! Never look directly into the infrared light without protective eyewear. Always use the protective eyewear supplied during use.
The recommended duration of treatment is a maximum of 12 minutes.
We recommend selecting a shorter radiation period to start with.
CAUTION! The lamp is hot after being used. Let the lamp cool off first long enough before you put it away and/ or pack it up!
CAUTION! The filament is extremely fragile when hot and may break if the unit is moved or bumped while the bulb is still hot!
Do not use the device on persons sensitive to heat. Sensitivity to heat can be reduced or increased in the case of diabetic patients; persons with sleepiness, dementia or difficulties concentrating; persons with illness-related skin changes or persons with scarred skin areas in the application area; persons with allergies; children and older persons; after consuming medications or alcohol.
Do not operate the device if you are wearing an implant, particularly if it is in the area of the body to be treated. If you have any doubts, consult your doctor.
If you are pregnant, do not operate the device near your abdomen, to prevent this area from overheating. If you have any doubts, consult your doctor.
In case of acutely inflammatory processes, radiation should only be carried out after consulting a doctor.
Prolonged use can cause burns to the skin.
