"This is my second HK25 I have purchased from your company. I had my problems with the cable which goes into the socket of the heeting pad. I am once again experiencing the same with the new heating pad. Im rather disturbed that fitting does not remain in the socket and drops out continuously. Please advise the way forward. This was my trusted company to purchase from. I am an ex flight attendant and used to buy from Beurer in Germany. Is there anyway the plug can be changed. Thank you"
