How to choose a massage device
Gun, cushion or foot massager?
A massage gun is for a specific muscle: a knotted shoulder, calves after a run. The MG 99 is the compact one with interchangeable heads; the MG 185 adds nine intensities, three programmes and five attachments; the MG 195 adds hot and cold heads. A Shiatsu cushion works your back and neck while you sit: the MG 149 covers back, neck and legs, the MG 135 adds heat, the MG 139 is cordless. A foot massager is for people who stand all day: the FM 60 and FM 90 are Shiatsu with optional heat, and the FM 120 doubles as a footstool. For tired, heavy legs in the evening, the FM 150 leg compression massager is the one to look at.
What actually matters
Where it will live decides more than the spec sheet. A cushion stays on the couch, a gun travels in a bag, a foot massager needs a spot under the desk. Then heat: it makes a Shiatsu massage feel deeper and is worth having on a foot massager or cushion. Cordless matters for a gun and a neck cushion, not for anything that sits on the floor.
Two South African supplement brands, one shelf
Your Wellbeing is the broad range: omega 3, glycinate minerals for magnesium, calcium and zinc, a B-complex, vitamin C and D, gut and liver support, and targeted formulas. Sfera leans towards single-ingredient extracts, Lion's Mane, Ashwagandha, Agnus Castus and maca among them, plus mushroom complexes and a probiotic spray, in 60-capsule packs. Both are made in South Africa and both are on our own shelves at home.

Yes. We buy from Beurer's official South African importer, so the warranty and the spare parts are handled here. The term for each device is on its product page.
Where are the supplements made?
In South Africa. Your Wellbeing and Sfera are both South African brands, and we buy directly from them.
What is the difference between Your Wellbeing and Sfera?
Your Wellbeing is the broad range of vitamins, minerals and targeted formulas; Sfera concentrates on single-ingredient extracts, mushroom complexes and maca. Many customers use both.
Massage gun or Shiatsu cushion?
A gun for one muscle at a time and for use after sport; a cushion for the back and neck while you sit. The guide above goes through the models.
Can I use a massage device if I have a medical condition?
Beurer's manuals list who should not use each device, for example with a pacemaker or during pregnancy. If in doubt, ask your doctor first. We will send you the manual before you buy.
Do you stock replacement parts?
Yes: massage-gun attachments, replacement sets for the mini massagers, electrodes and gel pads for the EMS and TENS devices, for as long as the importer supplies them.
Can I return supplements?
Sealed, unopened packs can be returned within 7 days of delivery; you arrange and pay for the courier. Opened supplements cannot be returned, for the same reason a pharmacy will not take them back. If a pack arrives damaged or we sent the wrong one, tell us within 48 hours and we replace it at our cost. Devices carry our normal 30-day returns.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Delivery takes 1 to 3 working days from our Johannesburg warehouse, free over R650. Collection from Honeydew is by arrangement only and not instant: we book the order out, pack it and confirm your ready-for-collection notification first.
